The 14th annual Silvertips Senior Hockey Tournament is on Saturday June 23rd. 18 Holes, supper included. Lunch & breakfast specials available. Lots of prizes.

Golf, specifically, provides moderately intense physical activity, such as walking, carrying your bag, and swinging.
